Payment
- Direct to shop (walk-in payment)
- Cheque (about 72 hours for a cheque payment to be clear, we will proceed delivery once we receive the cheque payment cleared)
- Online banking/ ATM deposit (please sent to us the snapshot of the successful transaction receipt or the bank slip, we will proceed with the delivery or you can only pick-up the watch from our shop once payment is cleared)
- We accepted all Visa and Master Card (please take note that such transaction comes with an additional from 1,5% to 2% charges)

You will receive a confirmation email from Watch and You once your order has been shipped. Please contact Watch and You if there is any suspected an error has occur on your item. Watch and You representative will reply within 1-2 working days.
All of watch orders will be ship with trackable service to ensure that customer will receive the order safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, customer will be given a unique tracking number in order to track the item delivery.
Noted:
- Please bear in mind that the customer is responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees, or others possible additional custom handling charges. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges.
- Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package. Watch and You is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the couriers attempt or if the package was signed by un-authorized party at that address given. Watch and You will not responsible for any package lost or damaged if consignee signed and accepted the package. If your order is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc…, the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance.
- There may be delays in delivery due to certain occur such custom delay, incorrect address, public holiday, and unability to locate the address that may be unexpected and are beyond our control.
